Brainchild.
Chef Raman is a culinary artisan with over 20 years of industry experience in Australia and India across hotels, restaurants and catering ventures. He is a graduate from Institute of Hotel Management, India and trained in modern culinary arts from Australian School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Australia.
Raman has expertise in international cuisine including Mediterranean, European, Pan Asian and Progressive Indian. He is proficient in F&B consulting, import-export of food products and curating food events for embassies, trade fairs, corporates amongst others.
